I think you're right. We, as women, claim equal rights passing over along with that develop feed equal duty for our actions. "Domestic issues" is never a palliative because anyone, male or female, to physically assault their spouse. People are appalled when a man beats over a spouse yet take it lightly or even joke about it when a woman physically abuses a man. That's hypocritical.
